Aurora Sewing Center is looking for a highly creative, digitally savvy, and self-driven Marketing Coordinator to lead and execute our marketing efforts across multiple channels and locations. What You’ll Do:
As our Marketing Coordinator, you will own and execute marketing initiatives that support business growth both in-store and digitally, manage customer engagement, and brand awareness across all channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns aligned with company goals and vendor promotions
- Manage and grow digital advertising campaigns through marketing channels including:
- Email marketing.
- Social media (Facebook/Meta, Instagram, YouTube, Pinterest, Google Business).
- Website promotions and content.
- Create engaging and visually compelling marketing assets including:
- Social media graphics and posts.
- Email campaigns.
- Print materials and signage.
- Promotional videos and digital content.
- Manage website content including products, events, classes, promotions, and SEO optimization.
- Track campaign performance, analyze metrics, and recommend improvements.
- Maintain consistent branding and messaging across all customer touchpoints.
- Coordinate and promote in-store events, educational programs, and off-site experiences.
- Collaborate closely with store teams to understand products, customer trends, and promotional opportunities.
- Work with vendors to advance and refresh our website capabilities and customer interface and experience.
- Work with vendor marketing portals and co-op opportunities to maximize brand exposure.
- Engage with customers online by responding to messages, comments, reviews, and social interactions.
- Lead and support the Marketing Assistant through project coordination and prioritization.
- Present campaign performance insights and recommendations to ownership.

Required Skills & Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of solid digital marketing experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
Strong experience with:
- Digital Advertising
- Website management, SEO, analytics, and email marketing.
- Meta Business Suite.
- Google Analytics & Google Advertising.
- YouTube and social media management.
- Creative - Adobe Creative Suite and/or Canva.
- Website management - Shopify.
- Email campaigns - Klaviyo.
- Project management experience.
- Retail marketing or Customer service experience preferred.
- Interest or knowledge in sewing, quilting, embroidery, or creative hobbies is strongly preferred.

Additional Requirements:
- Ability to travel between store locations to market and generate creatives for all retail stores, and for off-site events.
